Keeps administration clear, organised, and accountable. Manages correspondence, records decisions, and maintains the membership register so members and officers can stay informed.

Supports the General Secretary in keeping community administration dependable. Helps organise documents, prepare meeting records, follow up on correspondence, and maintain continuity across our administrative work.
